FRUCTOSE "Fructì"

Fructose is a natural product found in fruit (from which it takes its name), in honey and in plants.
Fructose is suitable for all those who want to control or limit the intake of ordinary sugar (sucrose). The caloric ratio is 4 kcal / g and is therefore equivalent to the common sugar, but its sweetening power is twofold: for this it consumes less quantity and a calorie savings.
The fructose, compared to other carbohydrates, is absorbed by the body in a gradual manner, thus providing energy gradually. Ideal in times of increased physical activity for those who are into sports.
Fructose may be added to any beverage, hot or cold, and also to foods.
